Welcome to Luceja Mobile Tire Service! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile tire fitting services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Luceja (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") for the provision of mobile tire fitting services.

By requesting, booking, or accepting our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services.

2. Service Description

Luceja provides professional mobile tire fitting services, including but not limited to:

  • Tire mounting and dismounting
  • Wheel balancing
  • Tire pressure checks and adjustments
  • Seasonal tire changes
  • Emergency roadside tire services
  • Tire inspection and consultation

All services are performed at a location specified by the customer within our service area. We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible for our equipment and personnel.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3.2 Appointment Confirmation

Upon receiving your service request, we will confirm the appointment via email or phone, including the scheduled date, time, and location. Please ensure all contact information provided is accurate.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

All prices are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on:

  • Type and size of tires
  • Complexity of the service required
  • Travel distance to the service location
  • Additional services requested

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Late Payment

Invoices not paid within 14 days of the service date may incur late payment fees and interest charges as permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and tire requirements
  2. Ensure the service location is safe and accessible for our technicians and equipment
  3. Provide adequate space for our mobile service unit to operate
  4. Be present or have an authorized representative available during the service
  5. Inform us of any special requirements or vehicle modifications prior to the appointment
  6. Ensure that tires to be fitted are appropriate for your vehicle and comply with legal requirements

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by qualified technicians. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to wheels, tires, or vehicles
  • Damage caused by defective tires or parts not supplied by us
  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6.3 Tire Warranty

Warranties on tires and parts are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We will assist in processing warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of equipment, or interruption of transportation facilities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for service provision and communication purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luceja and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warszawa, Poland.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luceja regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
